Swati Raju is a seasoned technologist with over 14 years of experience in building exceptional consumer products. She has a strong passion for e-commerce, UI, mobile, and web. Throughout her career, she has worked on various ground-up products and led engineering teams through scaling products worldwide. Swati has nine patents under her name in the areas of user interaction and information retrieval, and she is a prominent speaker on mobile e-commerce at industry conferences.

Swati completed her Master of Science in Design from Arizona State University and studied Architecture at School Of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi. She has also earned a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Department of Sociology at LSE.

Currently, Swati serves as the Head of Confluence Experience Engineering at Atlassian. Before her current role, she held positions such as Engineering Manager and Senior Engineering Manager at the same company. Swati has also served as a CTO at Traveling Spoon, Senior Engineering Manager at Groupon, Engineering Manager at Goodrec/Mob.ly, Lead Web Developer at Yahoo! Inc., and User Interface Programmer at Ticketmaster and IAC Corp.
