Leeann Neals

Leeann Neals is a highly experienced Digital Sales Executive who has spent over fifteen years building strong relationships with agencies and clients in the digital advertising industry. She specializes in location-based marketing for Retail, QSR and Auto Fortune 100 companies, with previous experience in Health, CPG, and Travel at both large and startup organizations. Leeann also spearheads a project to expand the usage of the Waze app in Australia and monetize ads in this new market.

Leeann's prior experience at Waze included breaking new business and establishing Waze as the go-to location-based marketing partner for brands with offline KPIs. She also worked at Yieldbot, where she managed all business from ad agencies in Boston and Initiative, utilizing Yieldbot's proprietary real-time intent ad targeting. During her time at Yahoo, Leeann spent four and a half years growing Display, Search, Mobile, Video, Social, Audience/Programmatic, Direct Response/Acquisition, and Sponsorship sales with top-tier ad agencies and clients across the US, with a special assignment as a project manager on the Bing/Yahoo Search Alliance in London/Paris. Prior to that, she gained Search Account Management experience, specializing in optimizations to grow revenue on both sales and agency sides.

Throughout her career, Leeann has fulfilled clients' brand and prospecting/acquisition marketing objectives to hit sales goals. She also mentors salespeople, account managers, and ad operations colleagues and leads teams through change. She is a member of the Yahoo Employee Foundation Board of Directors, where she manages a $1M fund, grant process to non-profits, and employee fundraising.
