Outdoor Voices makes technical apparel for recreation.  In my role as Vice President of Product I led Product Strategy and all product facing teams across Merchandising, Planning, Design, Technical Design and Sourcing.

·Expanded Women’s and Men’s Product Line across key activities (exercise, recharge, outdoors, run) and franchises (core, teammates, kits) driving double digit revenue growth
·Drove the hiring and opening of first 10 brick and mortar stores
·Built new strategic wholesale partnership with Nordstrom driving brand awareness 
·Partnered with Hoka Team to develop OV unique skus and integration across our platforms to drive NTF customer acquisition

In my role as General Manager of the Youth Business I drove strategy and execution of the $1B+ global kids category across Apparel, Footwear and Accessories.  I owned the P&L and led teams across merchandising, planning, design, marketing and finance.

In my role as Senior Director of Product I led the Women’s Apparel team in driving our fastest growing category at UA. During my tenure women’s apparel was a $1B business, outpacing company growth and producing the highest margins in the company.
• Built and managed product strategy, line plans and innovation roadmaps
• Directed the global product creation process across design, development, sourcing and planning
• Partnered across Marketing, PR and Sales to bring product to market
• Drove annual and seasonal revenue, productivity and margin goals

As design + trend manager at Target I drove the forecast, concept, key item, color and high-level print and pattern direction to propel Target as a definitive trend-setting retailer.
•	Researched and developed seasonal themes, concepts, color, fabric and styling
•	Provided overarching trend strategy to designers, raw materials, marketing, vendors and merchants
•	Traveled domestically and internationally to research and report trends through tradeshows, retail and lifestyle experiences
•	Communicated concepts and integrated them into the design process for interpretation into product 
•	Partnered with design leaders to ensure brand presentations were trend right and differentiated for its consumer segments to create strong brand identities
•	Developed market intelligence communications and seasonal calendars

Trend Manager, Men's & Women's Apparel

As global product sourcing manager at Target I was responsible for sourcing $600M+ in annual product receipts as well as negotiating with Target’s international sourcing teams and vendors to meet product cost, quality and delivery objectives to ensure maximum bottom-line impact.
•	Key leader and sourcing expert in a cross-functional team including merchants, product and technical design
•	Developed and managed sourcing strategies and vendor financial plans to support Target’s strategic initiatives
•	Delivered global production balance, maximized trade benefits, and provided Target with a competitive marketplace advantage
•	Drove business flexibility through strategic contingency planning, lead-time reductions and supply chain efficiencies that supported profitable sales and inventory levels, and first to market product concepts
•	Assessed, built and elevated the performance of a world-class vendor base
•	Trained, coached and led a dynamic team of business analysts and sourcing specialists to achieve their highest potential

Global Product Sourcing Manager, Women's Apparel

As a merchant at A&F my role was both creative and analytical.  One of the most comprehensive retail careers in the industry, I handled all business aspects of my categories driving product from flat sketch to customer, ensuring the highest quality and profitability.  
•	Expanded Hollister Men’s and Abercrombie Boys Woven Shirt business with an emphasis on revenue growth in key categories and outpacing margin goals
•	Drove Hollister Women’s Bottoms with an emphasis on auto replenishment of core products
•	Launched Gilly Hicks by establishing the bra and undie categories; creating product and instore aesthetics, building merchandising and sourcing strategies and setting revenue and margin goals
