Felicia Barnes, a skilled and experienced attorney in environmental law, has an impressive background that includes a J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. degree from The University of South Dakota. As a former Law Clerk to both the Honorable Chief Judge Mary Beck Briscoe at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin at Southern District of West Virginia, she gained first-hand knowledge of the judicial system. Felicia has also worked as an Analyst for the National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling, where she gained expertise in the complex legal issues surrounding the environment and energy.

Felicia's legal experience includes working as an Associate at Beveridge & Diamond PC and Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, where she primarily focused on environmental law issues.
