Anna-Lena Richardson is a highly driven entrepreneur and athlete known for her work in the sales and business development industries as well as her passion for fitness and running. With a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from the International University Bad Honnef and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from the International College of Management Sydney, Anna-Lena has spent her career gaining experience in a variety of fields and countries.

She served as Co-Founder of GearMe, an innovative outdoor gear rental service, and as a Senior Payment Executive at SiteMinder, growing the business through the acquisition and management of new client accounts. Anna-Lena also spent time as both a Business Development Executive - Global Corporate Payments and an Account Development Executive - Small Business Services at American Express, as well as an APAC Sales Executive - Summit Division at Marcus Evans.

Throughout her career, Anna-Lena has been passionate about building successful relationships and delivering positive customer experiences. She is currently an Account Executive at HubSpot, a leading sales and marketing software company. Outside of work, Anna-Lena is an accomplished ultra runner, currently training for her fourth 100km trail race.
