- Every night, I operated without supervision and I keep the hotel running smoothly, and the guests satisfied.•One night, a guest expressed displeasure with how close his assigned room was to one of our smoking rooms. I was able to find him a room much more suited to his preferences, and get him settled there that same night.•Near the end of my employment here, the hotel’s credit card processing system was not working properly, and was not attended to during the afternoon shift. I was able to work with technical support and management at the start of my shift to correct this issue, restoring the ability of the hotel to collect payments in real-time.

I was part of a two-man team that cleaned the Boise Art Museum Monday through Friday, before opening. Duties included dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning.In addition to this, I also made 6-15 deliveries, 4 days/week, on time, often multi-piece deliveries of cleaning linens and entrance mats. I picked up dirty linen also, which was often significantly heavier than the deliveries, and kept customers supplied with clean laundry, and kept the company happy and in a solid bargaining position for new business.

Assisted engineering staff in executing experiments they designed.   In this job I was complimented for my attention to detail, which was critical to the engineers getting accurate results.   The engineering staff expressed appreciation for my observations related to the experiments they were running.  They indicated they information helped shorten the design cycle for them.As part of this job we learned to operate a custom data base called “Quartz” .  This system specified and tracked a myriad of details related to the experiments.  It was observed that I was able to learn this system faster than average.Near the end of my time with Adecco, I was transferred to a new test group. There were some supervisors and engineers that I had worked with on a previous project who expressed appreciation for previous teamwork and looked forward to having me back on the team.

Night Auditor responsibilities included preparing the hotel’s daily paperwork requirements and getting the guests their express checks and assisting them with transportation needs.The security position required securing the facility for the night and ensuring it remained secure.In addition to these defined responsibilities, I fulfilled other duties as needed, including front desk operation and delivery of breakfast orders to the kitchen.
