Natalie Franke, a magna cum laude graduate from the University of Pennsylvania, is a community builder, author, and inspiring public speaker. As one of the founders of the Rising Tide Society, a movement that transformed a hashtag into a platform for creative entrepreneurs around the world, she's passionate about encouraging a mentality of abundance and camaraderie. Natalie has also served as the Head of Community at HoneyBook, advisor at Flodesk and Burgundy Fox, and Editor-in-Chief at Bayside Bride. Her debut book, "Built to Belong: Discovering the Power of Community Over Competition," is set to be published by Hachette Book Group in August 2021. Through her work and speaking engagements, she constantly empowers and uplifts others to believe in community over competition.
