As the Claims Chief of Staff for Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, a $1.2B work comp insurer, Marie is responsible for optimizing talent development initiatives within the Claims business unit. This includes cross-functional collaboration and project management direction to meet talent needs in Adjusting, Medical Management, and Claims Legal teams.
