Annabel Chang is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in the tech and transportation industries. She holds a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and has studied Executive Education at Stanford University, as well as Mandarin Immersion at National Taiwan University. Annabel has worked at top companies such as Waymo, where she currently serves as Head of State Policy & Government Relations, Lyft, and Alaska Airlines. She has also held positions in the public sector, working as an Assistant District Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco, and as a Legislative Fellow for the California State Assembly. Additionally, Annabel brings a unique international perspective to her work, as she has studied abroad at The University of Hong Kong and taught law at National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan.
