Darrel Frater, MBA ✝️
Darrel Frater is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and business executive, best known as the founder and CEO of TheClub, an innovative livestreaming app for DJs and virtual parties. With a background in business administration, Darrel combines his business acumen with a passion for technology and innovation to create disruptive products and services. He holds an MBA in Strategy, Innovation, and Leadership from The College of New Jersey, and has also completed Executive Education training in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Rutgers University - Camden.
In addition to his work at TheClub, Darrel has held key positions at various organizations, including Community Builders Fellow at On Deck, Venture Fellow at Score 3 Ventures, and Co-Founder at PromSocial. He has also been recognized with multiple awards, including the $10,000 Investor's Choice Grant by Cox Enterprises at Startup Runway Foundation, and the $1,000 Crowd Favorite Award at Impact Ventures.
As an investor, Darrel has a keen eye for promising startups, and has invested in several, including PopCom, ZenSpace, HelloWoofy, Black Sands Ent., and StartEngine. He is also a devoted Christian, the son of Jamaican immigrants, and a proud Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. member.
