Tim Willoughby is an accomplished professional in the fields of digital services, innovation and engineering. He holds a Master of Science in Management from Letterkenny Institute of Technology, as well as one from Ulster University. Additionally, he's also studied Business at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Government at Boston College. Tim began his career as a Computer Teacher at Kilkenny College before moving on to become a Civil Engineer at Kildare County Council. He then progressed to roles such as Senior Executive Engineer, Assistant Director and Chief Technology Officer at Local Government Management Agency (LGMA). Before his current role as Head of Digital Services and Innovation at An Garda Síochána, Tim taught at Trinity Business School. His rich background of technical and management knowledge make Tim a valuable asset in the field of digital innovation.
