Joseph Lum is an accomplished engineer and tech lead with a wide range of expertise in aircraft structures, fluid dynamics, composite materials, and philosophy of science. He studied at Linköping University, where he delved into Nordic culture, and later graduated with first-class honours in engineering from the National University of Singapore. Prior to his current role as tech lead at Auk.Industries, Joseph served as a research engineer at DSO National Laboratories and a senior engineer at DSTA. He also co-opted as an IoT chapter executive committee member at the Singapore Computer Society. With his extensive background in the engineering field, Joseph has developed a keen interest in the Internet of Things (IoT).
