Responsibilities:
-  Championed revenue product initiatives through companywide ideation, competitive
analysis, data-modeling, user research, and value based prioritization.
-  Lead the revenue agile scrum team in the company consisting of: PHP/JavaScript
Developers, Designers, Analysts, and QA.
-  Brought consistent process and agile urgency to feature and sprint planning using white
boarding, wire-framing, requirements documentation, technical cost assessment as well as
MVP and other lean start-up techniques.
-  Worked closely with the Director of Product to add metrics based success criteria and KPI’s to
the revenue, engagement, and user acquisition teams.

Accomplishments:
-  Built testing framework that utilizes Splunk, institutionalizing the process for continuously
optimizing the site through A/B testing of landing pages, features, flows, upsells, payment
pages, promotions, and emails to improve all parts of the funnel: user acquisition,
engagement, and revenue.
-  Performed market based price testing in 15+ countries to continuously optimize
subscription conversion rate increasing LTV per user.
-  Managed and optimized conversion metrics, CPA, ARPU, LTV, and ROI of all marketing
campaigns.
-  Decreased cost of user acquisition by implementing Cake Marketing to directly
manage affiliate marketing in house.
-  Built a landing page system to target online ads with specific creative to increase registration
conversion.
-  Analyzed and documented existing payment system APIs with our key payment processors
and gateways:Litle, Global Collect and Vindicia.
-  Identified and resolved complex payment processing logic issues resulting in a reduction in
credit card authentication failure rates by 52% and a two million increase in annual revenue.
-  Introduced BillToMobile as a primary mobile payment provider on Mobile platforms.
-  Diversified revenue model through introduction of add-ons, in app. ad placement, and
points based subscriptions with TrialPay.
