Koa Health (formerly Alpha Health) a successful spin out from Telefonica. The team brings together cutting-edge knowledge and research on human behavior with best-in-class machine learning and product, to radically reduce the burden of mental health.
I have developed product launch plans, go to market, and growth strategy for Koa's portfolio. I have curated targeted connections for US market development to build momentum for growth. I liaise between the EU and US team on the academic research collaborations to build the DTx portfolio. Koa successfully raise $35M in the spin out from Telefonica.

I guided the team on client relationship development and charting a path to enterprise sales. I advised CEO and COO on a range of topics from networking connections, team capability building, operations for client service delivery, positioning for contract negotiations and growth planning.

Launched strategic digital care and telemedicine initiatives. Led the innovation program team which offered a full lean development team dedicated to building innovative software prototypes (MVPs) to demonstrate value and impact to clinical efficiency and patient experience. 

Collaborated closely with clinical champions, partners and other stakeholders using lean and agile methodologies to define the product to align with strategic organizational goals. Engaged start ups and established organizations to co-develop or partner on selected products. 

Focused on outreach to industry to build co-development opportunities and led business development efforts for internally build innovations for possible commercialization. 

Developed pilots and clinical cases to study the implementation of telehealth services as aligned with strategic goals for the hospital. The telehealth program demonstrated value and transitioned into operations at BCH for enterprise expansion.

Building partnerships with the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Co-Founded Hacking Pediatrics. A partnership with MIT Hacking Medicine and Boston Childrens Hospital to create a pediatric focused hackathon.

Our mission was to demonstrate the power of technology-enabled solutions to change behavior and improve health for patients within Partners Healthcare System and internationally through research and program development. Developed and delivered remote monitoring chronic care solutions in diabetes, congestive heart failure, hypertension and expanded into prevention and wellness. Managed the team to build partnerships and develop virtual care programs to improve clinical quality, efficiency, and access. 

Created a multilingual text messaging service for community health centers at Partners Healthcare to help adolescent mothers with their prenatal care and post-delivery health. Also developed a service to support Suboxone patients in a twelve month recovery program. 

Launched a school-based activity pilot for urban, elementary school students in Boston- Step it Up. This program was recognized by Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Health and Human Services and Governor Deval Patrick as an innovative approach to help children get more active and engaged in good health.

Led the Partners Online Specialty Consultation service to expand second opinions and consultations to domestic and international patients, with their local physician, seeking consultations from Partners' specialists across MGH, BWH and Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

Virtual Care, Remote Patient Monitoring Program Director

Consulted on engagements to deliver global e-business solutions to promote knowledge sharing and content management; the objectives were to provide local autonomy to control content on global sites, increase knowledge sharing across product teams, and improve access to global experts. 
- Facilitated a Joint Requirements Definition workshop with clients to define the requirements
- Managed technical team to build prototypes for clients
- Identified product improvements to increase information sharing and access
- Developed client deliverables including presentations for final senior level presentations

Second time at Deloitte 2016 transition from Presidential Innovation Fellow to Global innovation team as a Senior Manager (2016-2017).

Analyst Role: Created the vision and product strategy to transform the business practice of customer relationship management and transaction workflow. The product expanded to an enterprise solution with a global launch in the UK and Australia.
