He has a diploma in Computer Programmer/Analyst from Conestoga College, where he also served on the Program Advisory Committee - School of IT. As General Manager of Customer Success at Texada Software, Alex leads two separate teams and is constantly expanding his managerial experience.
Alex has a strong background in business system implementations, data migrations, data integrations, design and analysis, analytics, and account management. He has held a range of positions at Texada Software, including Senior Consultant, Client Services Lead, Technical Sales/Solution Architect, Manager of Client Services, Director of Support Services, and General Manager of Operations. Alex's goal is always to provide exceptional customer service, and he achieves this by leveraging his expertise and leadership skills.
