•	As an academic advisor, had approximately 700 students under my purview at Stanford, from freshmen to seniors and coterminal master's students; individual contact with 500-600 students per year, on all topics and majors.
•	Expert in introductory requirements and familiar with the general shape of all majors across the university.
•	Supported academic policies and requests for exceptions for approximately 50 students per year.
•	Hosted 7-10 programs per year at Stanford, mostly with guest presenters, with a supporting budget of approximately $4000/year. Developed associated handouts and worksheets.
•	Worked with 2 or 3 Stanford students each month to develop their research proposals for funding.
•	Reviewed approximately 55 undergraduate grant proposals each year.
•	Collaborated with Pre-Major Advisors and with offices across Stanford, including academic departments, ResEd, BEAM, VPTL, DGEN, community centers.

Major Projects:
•	VPUE Thesis Medals Coordinator, 2011-2016. Organized process of reviewing the best honors theses and the ceremony to celebrate them during commencement weekend.
•	Undergrad Web Guides, 2014-2016. Oversaw process of publishing advising content in blog-style pieces on the VPUE website, coordinating multiple authors and strategizing topic coverage.
•	Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship, co-coordinator, 2015-2017. Co-organized west coast MMUF conference at Stanford in autumn 2015, with 100 attendees over 3 days.

Academic Advising Director in UAR (Undergraduate Advising and Research), VPUE

Assistant Professor of History in the Robert D. Clark Honors College (CHC). Taught five classes a year in world history, and the histories of empire and slavery. Worked broadly in student affairs in the CHC, on projects including developing an advising handbook, a website relaunch, and admissions and diversity initiatives.
