Jesse Irizarry is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with years of experience developing strength programs for various sports teams. He has worked as a head strength coach for three teams that were conference champions and was an assistant coach for the Liberty University Football team. Jesse has also formed a USAW Olympic weightlifting club and has competed in both Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting, achieving federation records. He has been featured in numerous fitness and strength publications, including T-Nation and Juggernaut Training Systems. Jesse has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Liberty University.
