I worked as the sustainable building advisor with the general contractor on a single family residence green building project. This particular project was the first to receive expedited permitting because of its green building project elements. This was possible because of recent legislation developments in the city of Bellingham. I trained interns, laborers and sub-contractors green building practices to meet the sustainability goals of the project.

I conduct market research and economic development analysis for a local renewable energy projects. This included networking and engaging with expert consultants. I have prepared and presented in-depth reports and relevant documentation using microsoft office applications. I also have worked managing project timeline and directing project team members.

I worked as an assistant to the executive staff of the organization throughout the relocation and redevelopment process. I compiled and updated data regularly from assortment of different sources into a more concise and thorough database, using sales force as well as constant contact. I also managed the audio and video recording of all the speaker sessions in the 2010 BALLE conference as well as the IT operations of the presentations. I directed conference volunteers as well as a third party recording company and the IT professionals working with the host facility.

I Developed a prototype photo-bioreactor to produce bio diesel from algae. I then participated in University of Washington's Environmental Innovation Challenge with the concept.
