Brittany Canty is a highly experienced product executive with a passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging practices. With a strong education in Computer Science and a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago, Brittany has had an extensive career spanning multiple industries, amazing products, and great missions. She has held leadership positions at various startups and corporations, including Unifimoney, Braven, Braintree, Redbox, and SpotHero. Brittany is well known for her work as the VP of Product at Daylight, a digital bank for the LGBTQ+ community, and at Kinly (now called First Boulevard), a digital bank for Black America. She is also the Managing Partner at Time is Now Consulting and a Rise member at Rise, created by Barclays - the Home of FinTech. Brittany is recognized as a tech leader and an advocate for safe and inclusive work environments for women, minorities, and underserved communities.
