Kurt Harrison is a renowned financial expert, CEO/Board Advisor, and a Partner in Russell Reynolds Associates' Financial Services Sector. With a diverse background across Investment Management and Global Banking & Markets, Kurt is best known for his expertise in executive assessment, succession planning advice, and customized solutions for senior leadership needs. Kurt is also the Co-Head of the firm's Global Sustainability Practice and has held various leadership roles within the company, including Head of Financial Services Sector in the Americas and Global Head of the Asset & Wealth Management Practice. Kurt has an International Relations degree from the University of Virginia and has been a guest lecturer there.
