James Lim is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the tech and advertising industries. He is the Vice President APAC Finance at Integral Ad Science, a digital advertising verification company. With his leadership, the company’s financial operations in the region have improved their profitability and growth. Lim has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting, and he is a Chartered Accountant.

In his previous roles, Lim served as the APAC Finance Director and Regional Financial Controller at Young & Rubicam Group, Head of Finance at Jungle Ventures, Financial Controller at eBay, APAC Revenue Controller at eBay, and Australia Financial Controller at eBay. He also worked as an Infrastructure Management Analyst at BHP Billiton, Manager at PwC and Internal Auditor at Hong Leong Asia.

Lim’s passion for his work drives him to collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, achieve them together, and add value to the organization. He currently leads the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to improve efficiency and accuracy that will free up the Finance teams to deliver value to the business.
