Jimmy Pewtress is a seasoned iOS developer with more than a decade of experience in the tech industry. He has worked for various companies, from startups to large corporations such as HSBC and Shell. He is also the founder of SurvAid, a mobile app that streamlines data collection for surveyors and engineers.

Pewtress' extensive background in native iOS development enables him to deliver full-stack and customized solutions to his clients. His expertise in the field has allowed him to build apps for productivity tools, public-facing consumer apps, and internal workflows.

Pewtress' desire to innovate and optimize led him to create SurvAid, which tackles the inefficiencies of paper-based data collection in the engineering and surveying industries. The app standardizes data collection through mobile devices, which can be edited and accessed immediately via the cloud, and generates deliverables in PDF or CSV format.

Pewtress majored in BSc Honours at Bangor University. Prior to founding SurvAid, he worked on several freelance projects with companies such as C. Hoare & Co., Publicis.Sapient, and Network Rail, among others. He was also a Senior iOS Developer at Engine Room Apps and a Mobile Application Developer at DevelopIQ.
