He has an Executive MBA from the London Business School and a BA in Fine Art from Norwich School of Art and Design. With a passion for nurturing startups, Toby has held various senior positions in the startup ecosystem, including Programme Director at Plus X, Managing Director at Central Research Laboratory, and Director of CultureLabel Agency and REMIX at CultureLabel. He has also worked as the Head of Accelerator at Accelerator, London's Business Incubator, and Associate Director at Elizabeth Dee Gallery. With a wealth of experience in managing and nurturing startups, Toby provides ongoing support to over 30 early and growth-stage tech startups and helps 100+ students and recent graduates to start new businesses each year.
