Danielle McDonald is an experienced leader, educator, and supervisor with a strong background in higher education administration. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Florida, a Masters of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelors of Science in Speech Communications and Psychology from the University of Miami.

For over 15 years, Danielle has specialized in teaching, developing leaders, and overseeing staff development and supervision. She has a talent for program development, marketing, strategic planning, and public speaking. Her administrative, organizational, and communication skills are top notch.

Danielle has held various positions in higher education throughout her career. Currently, she is the Assistant Vice President/Dean of Students at the University of South Florida. She has previously served as the Interim Assistant Vice President/Dean of Students and Associate Dean for Students at the same institution. Prior to her time at USF, Danielle served as the Assistant Dean/Director of Student Involvement and Student Organizations Advisor at Georgia Institute of Technology. She also worked as a Residence Life Coordinator and Assistant Area Coordinator at the University of South Carolina.
