Erkan Akyuz is a renowned medical imaging industry leader with over 20 years of experience in the field. He is widely recognized for his contributions to the healthcare IT industry and has held several executive positions throughout his career. Akyuz currently serves as the President and CEO of Lyniate, a global software company specializing in healthcare data interoperability. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Corepoint Health and Rhapsody, where he oversaw major acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Akyuz previously served as the President of Imaging and Workflow Solutions at McKesson Technology Solutions and has also held executive roles at Agfa Healthcare and Vital Images Inc. He is known for his expertise in medical imaging informatics, healthcare IT, product strategy, and development. Akyuz is a graduate of the Naval Academy with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, and he holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School.
