Robert Alshuler is a Southern California native who has made a name for himself in the CPG industry. After studying International Relations and China at the University of California, Berkeley, Alshuler joined Niagara Bottling just as the bottled water industry began to take off. Over the course of a decade, he helped the company achieve 42% growth year over year. Alshuler has since launched his own consultancy and founded the Critical Mass Group, which specializes in optimizing supply chain management, marketing, and sales/distribution. His focus on relationship-building and problem-solving has helped him excel in building complex, global supply chains and driving cost-saving initiatives.

Alshuler has held a number of executive roles, including Managing Director at Critical Mass Supply Chain and Executive Vice President of Sourcing at Niagara Bottling, LLC. He has also advised and held shareholdings in several companies, including Solryza, The Lemon Perfect Company, and AMARUMAYU. Alshuler's focus on collaboration and mutual understanding has earned him a reputation as a skilled problem-solver who can work effectively with people who think differently. In addition to his work in the CPG industry, Alshuler studied at Corona Del Mar High School and is a former National Sales Manager at Insulectro Express.
