Farah Henley is an accomplished Agile Delivery Lead with a passion for empowering individuals and teams to succeed in the fast-paced world of software development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of Toronto and has spent years gaining experience in various roles including as an Agile Consultant at DataPassports, a Business Improvement Consultant at Xodiac Inc., and a Scrum Master at RBC.

Farah's expertise is in using different frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS and waterfall with which she has helped teams in capital markets and wealth management deliver quality technical solutions. From customized metrics dashboards to refining DevOps pipelines, minimizing waste and enabling continuous improvements, Farah works closely with teams to identify and address bottlenecks.

A frequent speaker at Agile conferences such as GOAT2018; Agile2019 and Montreal Agile Tour 2019, Farah is an active member of the Agile community. She believes in the importance of organizations being able to adapt to change and regularly hosts and attends meetups, workshops, and mentoring events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technical insights.

In her free time, Farah is an avid traveler, having visited 23 countries and counting.
