The Victorian Public Sector Commission (VPSC) is a statutory body, headed by a Commissioner, with objectives to strengthen the efficiency, effectiveness and capability of the public sector and to advocate for public sector professionalism and integrity. Reporting to the Manager, Communications and Engagement the Senior Communications Advisor supports communications and change management work across the commission, with primary responsibility to act as business partner for the communication and engagement of stakeholders who participate in the high profile People Matter Survey, across the 300 public sector organisations. •	Partners with branches to develop and maintain rolling communications and engagement strategies and implementation plans. •	Develops key messages and prepares a wide variety of communications products (including newsletters, campaign material, speaking notes and presentations, and communication specific project briefs) to support project implementation. •	Works collaboratively within the Communications & Engagement team and other teams to promote the use of evidence and analytics, and a human-centred approach to VPSC work. •	Develops and maintains effective networks and relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across the Commission, Dept. of Premier & Cabinet and other Victorian Government departments as appropriate.

Standardised all formats of communication.➢ Authored the Stakeholder Plan that outlined the project deliverables, timeline and budget.
