Alex Martinez has made it his life's mission to assist others through public safety and security. With extensive experience in these fields, he has held positions at the University of Colorado's Boulder and Anschutz Medical campuses overseeing security and special events, training employees, and serving as a Terrorism Liaison Officer. Currently, as the Technical Lead of the Security Badging Office at CU Anschutz Medical Campus, Alex helps maintain the safety and security of approximately 65,000 building users through electronic security methods. He has also volunteered as a High School Youth Minister and High School Confirmation Coordinator at St. Pius X Catholic Parish. With a degree in Sociology and a certificate in Business/Commerce, Alex continues to further his education in public safety and security. His passion for helping others through these fields is evident in his work and volunteer history.
