Alden Karr is a strategic commercial leader with a strong cross-functional leadership background. He has extensive experience leading teams that use data and customer insights to drive smart strategic and tactical investments to serve the needs of clients in the areas of patient, HCP, and payer customers. Karr studied at Bowdoin College, where he obtained his AB in Physics, and later pursued an MBA at Harvard Business School.

Karr's professional history includes working as the Head (Senior Director) for both US Payer & Channel Marketing and US Customer & Market Insights at Biogen. He also held senior roles as the TECFIDERA Senior Product Manager and the Multiple Sclerosis Franchise Analytics Lead for US Decision Support while at Biogen. Prior to joining Biogen to work with a leading pharmaceutical company, he gained extensive industry experience through various roles with Deloitte, Genentech, BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, and Minerva Biotechnologies.
