Gordon Drysdale
San Francisco-based chef and restaurateur Gordon Drysdale is renowned for his award-winning career in the culinary world. As the founder of multiple successful restaurant brands, including Gordon's House of Fine Eats, Pizza Antica, and Sweetwater Music Hall, Events and Café, Drysdale boasts decades of expertise in restaurant conceptualization and launch, talent acquisition and development, and restaurant consulting. He studied AOS, Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America and has since worked with various organizations, including Scoma's Inc., Bacchus Management Group, and Real Restaurants.
Drysdale's strengths extend beyond his culinary expertise, as he also excels in creating a positive and supportive culture which sustains a happy and motivated workforce. Drysdale is passionate about art, literature and music; his interest in the latter was his entrée into the industry, washing dishes at a local restaurant to save enough money to buy his first guitar, a Fender Jazz Bass. Drysdale's career as a chef has allowed him to sustain his artistry and nurture his love of music by exposing his guests to new and inventive culinary experiences.
