In this position, I oversee the team responsible for ingesting and preparing media content that airs on each of the Disney ABC Television Group cable networks including Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior and Freeform. Additionally, responsible for managing all Disney Channels, Freeform and ABC network content that airs on set top box VOD at over 75 affiliates domestically. Fred and his team work closely with I many organizations in the Disney ABC Television Group including Programming, Marketing, Traffic, Engineering and Broadcast Operations.  I lead by example and always embrace change continually finding ways to improve and increase capacity.

Leading a team of 17 responsible for ingest/archive all media in the Disney ABC Networks Group in order to deliver media all over the globe.   This team is working with media asset management and assisting other teams with that system.   Personally, I also take a lead role in trying to transform workflows and work with teams to assist in the transition phases.

Led team of 2 maintaining graphics devices for 5 cable networks (Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD, SOAPnet & ABC Family).  Team was always looking for ways to update/enhance their workflows and we increased production of broadcast graphics by over 1000% during my time.  I helped introduce templates/graphics automation to broadcast streamlining many manual processes.  Oversaw transition from SD to HD as well during this time assisting as an integral member of the Broadcast Operations team.  Served as Manager, Broadcast Graphics from April 2007 and promoted to Senior Manager in 2010.

Served in a variety of roles in Broadcast Operations from 2000 - 2007.   From 2000 - 2002 I was a Master Control Operator where I was responsible for ensuring daily board operations for Disney Channel, Toon Disney and SOAPnet as well as an operator for Buena Vista Television satellite feeds.  From 2002 - 2004 supervised master control as a Technical Operations Specialist.  From 2004 - 2007 I served as a Technical Operations Events Specialist where I was responsible for verifying and loading graphics into on air graphics devices.   I also assisted in the automation of the broadcast log playback.

I worked as a Master Control Operator for Fox 29 in Buffalo New York.  I was responsible for board operation, prepping content and taking satellite feeds.  This job required precision and attention to detail since I was many times on duty alone to ensure successful broadcast playback.  I worked all shifts including prime time during my time in this position.
