Carlotta Delicato is a passionate and skilled Italian chef with a diverse culinary background. Originally from a small town in the province of Frosinone, Carlotta developed an early interest in practical work and gained experience in various industries, including horticulture, retail, and event planning. However, as she grew older, Carlotta's love for cooking became more prominent, and she decided to pursue a career in the culinary arts.

After completing her studies at the Accademia Italiana Chef, Carlotta became a tutor for future courses and worked in different restaurants, refining her skills as a chef. She also served as a consultant for kitchens and restaurants, helping businesses to achieve their culinary goals.

Carlotta has worked in several high-end establishments, including W Barcelona and JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa. At W Costa Rica Reserva Conchal, Carlotta was a part of the pre-opening team as a Chef de Cuisine. Furthermore, she was also an instructor at the Saint George School and took courses in personnel management.
