Jessica Massay is a highly experienced researcher, marketer, and team leader with over 20 years of experience. She holds an MA in International Communications with a focus on Latin American Studies, a BA in Anthropology and Spanish, and has completed high school studies at Tottenville High School.

Throughout her career, Jessica has honed her skills in consumer research, anthropology, marketing, and team building. As the owner and Chief Strategist at JUMP Insights + Planning, she has designed and facilitated countless sessions that have connected people and brands in innovative and effective ways. Her approach involves digging through thick and big data to uncover insights that help build connections and drive actionable ideas.

Jessica is also a professional facilitator and moderator for consumer research sessions. She uses a variety of methods, including online journals, social media forums, dine-alongs, and workout-alongs, to extract insights from consumers and help brands connect with their audiences.

Her experience includes a stint as a Group Account Planning Director at Bromley Communications and International Regional Coordinator at Corporate Advisory Board & The Collaborative Benchmark Group.
