Fabrice C Houdart is a renowned human rights and corporate social responsibility expert with over 20 years of experience working for the World Bank and United Nations. He is a proud Executive Director at the Association of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors and advises Fortune 500 companies through his consulting firm. Houdart has dedicated his life to promoting equality and diversity in the workplace and is an integral part of the L’Oréal Global Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board. He has also served on the UN Corporate Standards of Conduct for Business and co-authored the largest LGBTI corporate social responsibility initiative supported by over 500 major companies. In 2022, he was recognized by The Boardlist as one of the top 10 LGBTQ+ candidates to have in the boardroom, as well as LinkedIn's Top 10 LGBTQIA Voices and Crain's New York Notable LGBTQ.

Houdart actively volunteers on the board of eight non-profit organizations that include Outright Action International, Housing Works, and the Institute of Current World Affairs. He is also a member of the Cosmos club in Washington, DC, and lives in New York City with his twin 9-year-old sons, Eitan and Maxime. Houdart holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Management from Université Paris Dauphine - Psl.
