Responsible for FMLA, State Leave Of Absence, and ADA administration for large groups.•	Leave of Absence case liason for all parties in FMLA absence programs including employees, client companies, clinical partners, and health care providers•	Intake and review leave of absence cases for approval and/or denial while ensuring legal compliance and confidentiality as well as timely notifications to employees and client company •	Continuously aquire client knowledge and policies as well as FMLA changes and state leave law updates, and administer this information proactively on client’s behalf •	Maintain accurate and detailed case notes in Leave Pro •	Demonstrate high level of accuracy and understanding of FMLA regulations based on legal updates and continuing education, periodic audits, and Reed Group performance guidelines •	Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Leave Specialist

Provide sales support to over 150 M Member Firms by assisting them in designing, selling, and evaluating product selection through advanced case design, illustration design, training on marketing concepts, and analysis of product performance.  Responsible for designing, coding, and maintence of web applications including M Corporate Benefits website.  Serve as first point of contact for support of web applications/sites, interactive training, and project management.  •	Sales support of M Corporate Benefits suite of business products.•	Designing and coding new websites and Windows applications.•	Provide ongoing training and best-practice information to end users.•	Analyzing and resolving issues resulting from implementation and conversion.•	Develop operational plans that support customer-focused, proactive sales support function
