Jake Libaire is a seasoned real estate professional with years of experience in land acquisition, development, and planning. He has a degree in Environmental and Land Use Planning from Western Washington University and has also studied Project Management at the University of Washington. Jake has worked in various organizations, including Quartz Properties, Birchin Lane Realty Advisors, and Parallel Asset Management LLC, where he has honed his skills as a real estate broker, land development project manager, and senior project manager. He's also worked as an urban planner and land planner at Westgate Group, Propel Fuels, and Polygon Northwest, among other reputable firms. Additionally, he was the Infrastructure Coordinator at KBA, Jones Engineers, where he was responsible for planning and overseeing infrastructure projects. Jake's passion is in land development and modular/offsite construction practices. Currently, with a focus on expanding into the Mountain West markets, he's always looking for new opportunities to explore in the real estate development field.
