With a proven track record of organizational transformation and a knack for building strong and performance-driven teams, Lones has worked in several dynamic and competitive global organizations, providing strategic planning and business process improvement to drive cost and performance management.

Lones's education includes an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master of Science in Adult Education from the University of Southern Maine, and a SBME in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

His professional experience includes senior positions at Fairchild and National Semiconductor, where he served as Senior VP of Human Resources, Senior VP of Information Technology, VP of Global Logistics & Purchasing, Director of Foundry Services, Senior Human Resources Project Manager, Managing Director of Military & Aerospace Electronics Center, Military/Aerospace Logic Product Line Manager, Operations Manager, Process, and Equipment Engineering.
