Renee Troughton is a highly experienced Agile and Scrum professional with expertise in coaching, facilitating, and mentoring teams through the Agile process. With years of working in high-pressure environments, Renee knows how to help businesses achieve their goals through her knowledge of Kanban, FDD, and XP methodologies. Renee holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Griffith University, and her career spans a variety of roles, including Enterprise Agile Coach, Founder and Director at Unbound DNA, and Co-host at The Agile Revolution. She has also served as an Agile Practice Lead at Charter Hall, an Enterprise Agile Coach at Commonwealth Bank and Westpac, and a Scrum Master at SuperChoice. Additionally, Renee has been project team leader, analyst/programmer, business analyst, and consultant for IBM. Currently, Renee is the Enterprise Agile Coach and Agile @ Scale Associate Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
