Millicent Accardi is an accomplished technical writer, instructional designer, and business analyst with more than 18 years of experience in various industries, including petroleum, mortgage banking, biotechnology, IT, manufacturing, insurance, and entertainment. Her expertise lies primarily in SAP, presentations, training, instructional design, and software testing, having served as an SAP training lead, team lead, and technical writer for companies such as Amgen, Pfizer, British Petroleum, and SAIC.
