Fullmer spent many years working in digital marketing, starting off as Social Media Support at Infusionsoft, and quickly rising through the ranks to become Social Media Manager and later Marketing Analyst at Digital Air Strike. From there, he landed the Social Community Specialist position at Infusionsoft, followed by the role of Social Media Coordinator at Isagenix, and later Digital Communications Specialist at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation.

Fullmer's passion for environmental health and safety led him to pursue internships in these areas, starting as a Tier I Technical Support at Infusionsoft, and then Safety Training Intern at the University of Washington. Fullmer also had the opportunity to research environmental and occupational health as a Student Researcher at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Currently, Fullmer works as an Industrial Hygienist at the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, where he conducts on-site inspections to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
