He has been a CEO and Fund Advisor of LA Capital Group, a Division of National Realty Advisors, LLC, where he facilitated off-market transactions involving discounted and underperforming investment real estate properties. Mr. Mantini's expertise extends to Multi-Family, Self Storage facilities, Mobile Home Parks investments, performing and non-performing notes. He has been involved in underwriting, joint venturing, partnering, or assigning transactions per the investor's buying criteria. Mr. Mantini is a graduate of Cathedral High School and has studied Business Management, Retail. He also held significant positions at Investment Property Consultants Inc, Marcus & Millichap Commercial Real Estate, and The Hanes Company.
