Katie Chung is a seasoned marketing professional with a diverse array of experiences in research, advertising, and sales. She graduated from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, and Communications, and has put her skills to work in various roles throughout her career. She began as a Foodservice Sales Intern at Ken's Foods, and gradually worked her way up to positions such as Managing Director of Shred Advertising, Associate Research Manager at Time, and Assistant Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

Currently, Katie serves as the Manager of Global Consumer Insights at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where she oversees research initiatives that help drive business decisions across multiple brands. Her expertise in custom research is honed by years of experience as an Insight Analyst and Custom Research Specialist at Mediacom. Katy's skills as an account planner, developed during her tenure at Shred Advertising, allow her to develop strategic plans that can be tailored to specific brands.

With a keen interest in marketing, Katie has led the Syracuse University Chapter of the American Marketing Association as President, and served as Planning and Management Intern at Designworks Advertising. Her diverse educational and professional background, combined with her exceptional leadership and analytical skills, make her a valuable asset to any team.
