Started up the office as a GM for a corporate-owned MRINetwork office focused on placing professionals within the local Dallas-Fort Worth marketplace. Grew the office within less than 15 months from ground zero to over $1 million in permanent placement revenue. Purchased the office in April 2003 when MRI sold their company-owned office group. Had double digit growth year over year from 2003 to 2007 (Year 1 +25%, Year 2 +37%, Year 3 +69%, Year 4 +58%) taking the office to #20 out of 1,100 offices (top 2%) within the MRINetwork with annual revenue from permanent placement of over $3.5 million. Total office revenue produced was over $12 million in 6 years from 2003 to 2009. Selected, hired and trained 7 individuals with no previous recruiting experience to Pacesetter level (top 15% of recruiters within the MRINetwork), including two to the rank of #5 and #10 as solo performers out of over 3,500 individuals in the world in 2007. Complete responsibility for all physician recruiting, hiring and orientation for a growing $225 million healthcare system which included a 235 bed not-for-profit children’s teaching hospital affiliated with Emory University and 22 satellite clinics, which provided extensive outpatient pediatric care (now Children's Healthcare of Atlanta). Created, established and directed all processes and procedures for the department since there had not previously been a recruiting department on site. Negotiated and initiated all physician employment agreements. Recruited for general pediatrics and all pediatric subspecialties including academic and leadership positions. Supervised Recruiting/Credentialing Coordinator.- 35 pediatricians and pediatric subspecialists recruited and hired within the first 11 months - Averaged one hire for every 1.7 on-site interviews- Came in 75% under budget in 1997 and 1998 for advertising/exhibits/direct mail while successfully filling all open positions- Consistently received ratings of "Excellent" by physicians in the Employment Process Evaluation conducted by Human Resources.

Senior Search Consultant

Responsible for retained search for physicians in all medical specialties with hospitals and medical groups on a national level. Completed majority of searches in Pediatrics, Pediatric subspecialties, Dermatology, Neurosurgery, OB/GYN, Family Practice, Internal Medicine. Recruited to join the retained search division and was selected in June 1995 to help start up a contigency division with responsibility for an eight state region of the Southeast/Mid-Atlantic states. Within 4 months, established a base of over 90 active clients and averaged 10 on-site physician interviews with clients per month.

Jackson and Coker

Responsible for all aspects of the marketing and recruiting of OB/GYN and certified nurse-midwife services to hospitals, clinics and private practices on a locum tenens basis. Generated over $550,000 in revenue in a start-up territory in the first 12 months. Represented department at national and regional conventions. Created marketing materials, advertising and mailings for the department.
