In August, 1991 - during the depths of a recession - Stephen accepted the opportunity to transform the Ontario operations of the LGS Group.  The metamorphosis from a small technology focus to a legitimate systems integrator was accomplished in just under two years resulting in three major multi-million dollar projects and a significant increase in staff.The strategy set by Stephen sustain LGS in Ontario through the Year 2000 initiatives and continued until the LGS Group was acquired by IBM.
