Sharon McGann is an accomplished adult educator with a passion for productivity and social justice. She earned a Master of Education from the University of Technology Sydney, which has prepared her to connect with businesses and social sector organizations to enhance social impact both in business and in addressing difficult societal issues such as food security. Sharon is an expert in facilitation, training, mentoring, and skilled volunteering, making her an excellent collaborator with business, education, and community leaders at all levels.

Sharon has worked in various organizational settings, including A Passion For Results Pty Ltd, Toyota Financial Services Australia, United Way Australia, and AIM NSW & ACT. She has also co-convened the Sydney Facilitators Network and been a member of the Creative Leadership Forum and AFN.
