Jessica Leon is a highly accomplished and experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and entrepreneurship, public administration, and community development. She attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for her MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship after which she pursued her MPA in Harvard Kennedy School. She completed her undergraduate degree in Finance and Operations Management from the University of Idaho. During her time at the College of Southern Idaho, she studied Business Administration and Management while she attended Twin Falls Senior High School.

Jessica has had a lot of opportunities to work in various roles such as Venture Capital and Private Equity Intern at New Markets Venture Partners, Business Advisory Board at University of Idaho, Venture Capital Investor at LunaCap Ventures, Venture Capital Summer Associate at Kapor Capital, and Procurement and Commercial Management Analyst, Vendor Management Office Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, Assistant Vice President, Community Development, CRA Analysis at Citi. Prior to her involvement with these companies, she also had internships at National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and Idaho Department of Commerce.

Jessica is well-versed in corporate finance, public administration and economic development, community development, corporate social responsibility, and venture capital. She also has experience in procurement and commercial management. Her expertise has led her to be a sought-after public speaker, mentor, and business consultant. She advocates for a corporate Robin Hood strategy wherein corporations can address the gap between the rich and the poor.
