Klyn Elsbury is an inspirational speaker, podcast host, and author who has survived over 70 hospitalizations due to Cystic Fibrosis. Her life experiences have led her to devote herself to helping others define and achieve seemingly impossible goals with a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment.

As the founder of MK Foundation, Klyn has helped organizations discover how to overcome adversity, respond to change, and maximize performance by improving employees' relationship with stress and anxiety through mindfulness training.
