Hugo Chance is an accomplished corporate advisor with a successful background in the property and finance industries. He studied at Stowe School and Exeter University where he obtained a degree in BA Hons, Philosophy & Sociology. With many years of experience in raising capital for SMEs and negotiating successful mergers and acquisitions, he has developed an extensive skill set in business planning, sales, and asset management, among others. In addition to his duties as CEO of Chance Capital Ltd, an FCA (AR) regulated corporate advisory firm, he is also a former advisor at London School of Business & Finance and Big Innovation Centre. He has previously held key positions at Zeus Capital, Truestone Asset Management, A Call to Business, Knight Frank, and Hamptons International. His expertise extends to capital raising and financing, particularly for growth-stage private businesses, HNW and family offices, and institutional equity and debt financing investors. Hugo is sector agnostic and evaluates businesses on a case-by-case basis. He seeks to co-invest on each transaction, in addition to advising SMEs on business planning, pitch preparation, legal services, and capital raising requirements.
