Amy Kelly is a dynamic and creative R&D Manager with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and solid organizational skills. She has worked in various organizations in lab management, project management, change management, QMS implementation, and corporate venture capital. She has also worked as a former owner of Kloster Investment Group and Falls River Coffee.

Amy studied Biology with a Chemistry minor for her Bachelor's Degree at William Smith College, and later pursued a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics at East Carolina University - College of Business. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has experience in process improvement and operational excellence.

In her previous roles, Amy has shown proficiency in lab start-ups, vendor negotiation, partner collaboration, and cross-functional collaboration. She has also developed protocols in regulated environments for GMP, GMO, and human/animal research facilities for USDA, AAALAC, FDA, OSHA, EPA, DENR, DEA.
